EXCHANGE, EXTENSION OR DONATION
At the end of the leasing period the Units can simply be removed, exchanged for new units as part of a lease term extension, or donated to a charity of the councils' choice outside of the UK.
We are currently offering a generous corporate social responsibility contribution (Section 106) for every 10 units placed on site. This can be in the form of a contribution to a Charity of the Councils' choosing, This is payable at the outset of the lease agreement by SpeediHomes.
